Vegan grilled cheese sandwich on multiseed/grain bread. Stuffed with scallion cashew cheese & marinated tempeh. OMG GOOD!

3 Boiled then mashed potatoes, with melted butter, bacon bits, powdered parmesan cheese, garlic salt, mayo, honey mustered, splash of soy sauce, and a dash of pepper.

Cheese sandwiches, red grapes and two handfuls of salad, gonna have some nuts in a bit, so hard to find cheap bags of healthy nuts, I saw £3 for a miniscule packet in the supermarket the other day, I was stalking around the aisles almost yelling out WHERE ARE THE DAMN BARGAIN NUTS??? They always seem to switch things around to confuse you into grabbing junk you don't want, I never fall for that trick though, I have their evil machinations all figured out, their booming tannoy and pulverizingly blinding fluorescent lights won't fool me!

Cashew/sunflower seed tacos with ginger sauerkraut. Yes, I'm a little bit of a weirdo.

All I ate yesterday was a California super burrito. Wait, I also had some dark chocolate covered almonds and beers, which also have nutritional value. Even so, the burrito would have been enough food for the entire day; I think they start with a 22-inch diameter tortilla, and it ends up close to a liter in volume. It seems like pretty complete nutrition, although maybe a little high in sodium and fat, depending on which meat you get. I like the adobada or the carnitas, but the steak ranchero is also good if I want beef.
