"Kipróbálható" translates roughly to "tryable", or "able to be tried" in hungarian.

i extracted it from a shady hungarian blogger site, containing a trial download link to a homebrew PC game from 2009 that centered around slaughtering pigs (disznóvágás)

the site is here: http://rosszpcjatekok.blog.hu/2009/11/2 ... jes_verzio

i cannot readily explain why i chose that to be my username, all i can say is that i found it visually interesting, it is the word that stuck with me at the time long enough to enter it into the username field, that fateful day in march. i was a junior in high school then. i'm into other words now.

my current avatar at time of posting is a gif of poil being cute. she's one gem i can relate to.

The name is because I identify with both subcultures (they meld better than you might think) and the avatar is because I love Xena. And I collect cuddly toys. :)

On a side note, 'hato' in Japanese means a pigeon. :D

Jory is a character in Philip K. Dick's novel Ubik.

The avatar goes along with the "wrong" theme of Wrong Planet.

Komamanga means pomegranate in Swahili language. I came across to it while playing with google translator and found it cute.
And my avatar is just a picture of a cat i drew about 2 years ago.

Komamanga sounds very Japanese, meaning a panel cartoon.

I thought it was very Japanese sounding too, and your kitty is a very cute-looking avatar.

I love swahili
my late uncle's side of the family spoke it and I always thought it'd be nice to learn!
And I like your cat drawing

palmtoka and IstominFan, haha I know. I think that's why I totally fell for it as during that time I was obsessed with Japanese language. Also, pomegranate is one of my favorite fruits so two birds, one stone :P

And thanks IstominFan for your compliment on my kitty :)

Oh, I've never known anybody who speaks Swahili, and I have no clue about how it sounds. But komamanga sure is a cute word :D I will maybe search on youtube to see how it sounds.

And thank you :)

I also had a pomegranate tree in my backyard as a child!
So your refferences to swahili, cats, and pomegranates is very relatable for me

That's nice, I also always had pomegranate trees around my house. My hometown is pretty much like a pomegranate paradise haha.

Thank you :) Cats are adorable and when you feel down they're like little heroes coming on their small paws to save you using their supernatural power called fluff and purr.

Luna + Ella. I liked how it sounded at the time and now I don't like it. *shrug*

I chose the lion of Judah, since I am African-American and a mild pan-africanist.

That is so sweet, and so true! Cats really leave pawprints on your heart! I love the cat's blue eyes. They are so Siamese-like.
