a homemade rendition of a breakfast sandwich I like at a favorite cafe- eggs and baby greens on sourdough toast, with a slightly revised version of pesto sauce that I whipped up, by blending almonds with basil, garlic and olive oil. I should store some pine nuts for such the occasion, although almonds substituted nicely.
