woke up with the dog encroaching in my space as usual, and just finished listening to my brother rave about a bunch of local musicians over the phone.


it's a pretty typical wednesday.

I don't know why its called the birds and the bees.

It's because bees fertilize flowers, like men fertilize women.

It's because birds put on elaborate displays when they want to mate.

It's really hard trying to keep my current main obsession to myself - but, well, most people find it horrifying. I really need to start getting obsessed with some more "normal" things.

I'm going to the March for Life in Victoria with a bunch of Sweet Peas tomorrow.

I have a lot to do today.

Weight Watchers, Just for Men grey eliminating shampoo and maybe Botox. I want to look great for the 55th Anniversary of The Kinks.

In the good ol' days when I was a kid, my mom would give me a quarter for my allowance, and then I'd go to the store and come back with a comic book, a bag of candy, a packet of potato chips, and a bottle of pop.

But now I can't do that anymore, because there are there are too many surveillance cameras on these days.
