Me too :(

Solution:
One weak coffee. Lots of water. Dark room. Maxalt. Electrical nerve stimulation on my shoulders (those electrode thingies).

Sorry to hear that.

I take Imigran in high dosage and for me personally caffeine triggers attacks.

I know caffeine sounds counter-productive, if not nauseating, but it helps me with migraine if followed by water and Maxalt.
There was caffeine in my previous medication Fiorinol, and it boosted the codeine effect.
I haven't tried Imitrex.

The electrical nerve thingies are really helpful. My shoulders are nearly convulsing in response.

Good luck.

My neighbor has the same good effect from caffeine on her migraines, I unfortunately don't.

I use 150mg Topamax a day and that helped me a lot. Normally you get severe side effects from it but I have none thankfully. In the past I had a migraine attack every day and it was hard to live with that. Now I have one every 2 days so it is a big improvement.

Good luck to you as well :)

The "red pill" mentality.

Misogyny covered in glitter, smoke & mirrors is some s**t up with which I will not put.

I take a high dose beta blocker every day as well as Maxalt as needed. (I still have some Fiorinol, as well).

I need to be careful what I take because of my stroke.

Have you tried acupuncture or osteopathy?

Acupuncture I have tried but had no result at all. Never tried osteopathy though.

My osteopath is phenom. PhD. It really helps with the muscle tension and just feels incredible, in general.
It is much more helpful for migraines than deep tissue massage.

I had a migraine when I went to bed today maybe from being out in the heat this morning. I still had it when I woke up too & took Maxalt but it didn't help enough so I ended up taking two Tylenol as well. I would of taken two Aspirin if that didn't help after abit.

I take Maxalt too. It hasn't helped me a lick today with my monster-migraine. Good luck with yours.

I only take Maxalt occasionally. I used to get migraines a lot as a kid & I'd just sleep em off & feel better after a while. I usually woke with them. They may of been caused by stress from skewl & stuff. I had quit getting them for years but I started getting them occasionally a few years ago for some reason. I hope yours gets better fast. Thankfully mine went away but I'm worried it might come back when the meds wear off. I really don't think this heat is helping.

I might move on to Fiorinol within an hour or so, if it doesn't stop.
Maybe you should try sleeping before the Maxalt wears off.
