Doctors are all trying to kill us with their vaccines because they're pure eeevil. All we need to keep from getting measles or pertussis or any illness is to drink 100% pure beet juice three times a day, eat kale and celery five times a day, and of course, thoughts and prayers.

Carmen Miranda's birthday isn't on the same day as my birthday.

But when it really is her birthday, I put on big hats made of fruit and dance to Latin music. And sometimes I also sprinkle granola on myself and then get into a tub full of yogurt.

When I went to go see Alita: Battle Angel on opening weekend, my mom was with me.

We didn't expect a lot of emotional kick given it was a sci-fi action flick, but we both cried at the end and consoled each other. A theater employee walked in as everyone else were leaving and asked us if were okay.

My mom and I told the employee to back off and the employee obliged.
