Things that WON'T work:
Trying to make friends with people my age (Why would i want close-minded people for friends?)
Not all people are closed-minded. If you're interested in having friends, but just don't want the closed-minded kind, then just go out and find some good people. They're there. When you think you've found those kinds of people, try to avoid them.
Another way you could find people that might work for you is by joining a club like someone else already mentioned. If you can find somebody with mutual interests, you'll have a much better chance of having a meaningful encountered, and who knows, maybe the best friend you've ever had.

Trying out Playstation games (I'm bored of my PS2,period)
lol, then somebody proposes that you get a PS3. A PS3 is more like a PC than even a PS2!

Exercising (Too much work for NO benefit)
Exercise is a lot of work, but it's not for no benefit. Just a little exercise done
consistently will make a big difference in your life. I know for me, I like to be able to see the effects of my exercise, so I lift weights. It's sort of like what you see those teenagers doing with their cars, "pimping" them out. It's the same idea, really. You do work on it, and it changes according to what you do. Kind of fun. It's really just another thing to do with the added benefit that it's healthy and girls dig buff bodies.

Now recommend ways for me to get a life off the computer.
Learn an instrument. Listen to music, go to concerts.
But actually, you know what I would recommend? Figure out what you're really good at. Maybe you're good at programming, music, writing, picking your nose, picking up chicks, etc. Figure out what thing you're really good at and then do it, and then figure out how to make money with it. Figure out how to leverage it to your own advantage to make money, or maybe even a career. I think if you successfully make that work, you'll be happier than most other people on this planet.
