I got to the point with a very condescending man at the flea market yesterday. He's the one who's always telling me to calm down already. I told him that he must really feel like a big man, telling me to calm down the way that he does. I told him about my bad knees and anxiety. I also told him that he must feel very proud of himself for treating me the way that he does.

That time of night where I wonder, is it worth trying to sleep, or if I succeeded, would it only be enough to remind my body how much it likes sleep? Oddly, it’s usually the day after the day after I get little or no sleep that night that I really start to feel it.

its really a bumper , when you can't sleep because of other stuff that happens early in the day.
then find yourself ruminating over how stuff went the day before, when you need all the spoon energy ,you can recover from a good nights sleep .

just Phuey........ not fair being frustrated when all you want to do is something that your body is suppose to do automatically. And naturally ...grump..grump...grump......And nothing good to snack on in the frig .

yes indeed , have tried sedation tonight ..but my dear neighbour s adult children Whom thinks the
Wild animals are cute . Which are tearing holes in my house . Or looking for nesting materials or what? And rats they attract are enfing up up eating holes into my home .Agsin. At Night.!
the parent had stopped, but adult children have returned . Doing it agsin .
2nd dose of sedatives tonight . Hopefully raccoon will not come back again toniight. started waking me up at
2 am now 4:30 am .

I'm on vacation and I'm sleeping in the mornings, but I'm much less tired than normal.
Maybe I'll reset my sleep rhythm.
I should retire more often.

It's too hot to sleep. I should have bought that cooling blanket at the beginning of the summer.

Uhm….. they make cooling blankets ?? Are they plug in or something you have to refrigerate ???
