so basically im russian and my partner is polish, and he keeps making jokes about the invasion in Ukraine and the tensions between russia and Poland and its making me feel upset. he makes a lot of jokes that make me uncomfortable, but whenever i ask him to stop he gets mad, makes a big deal of it, and then tries to make me feel bad for him and i don't know what to do-- does anyone have any advice?
