I am going to a trailer dealership to pick up a parcel. Then I am going to pick up a coffee. My kitty boy woke me up this morning and has been so cuddly.

I wonder if I do too? I've never been very good at tracking patterns in myself but it's possible.

Oh that's interesting. I am so, so sensitive to EVERYTHING that it all affects me.

yes the only thing is my husband and his friend now want me to sing for karaoke in the pub this friday night and put on my sexiest clothes but its going to remind me of the olden days when i used to dress up with barely any clothes on and sing for drunk sex crazed men
but i guess this time i wont be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and my husband will be there to stop me getting taken advantage of
and i will wear clothes that will keep me decent like one of my nice dresses to the knee
i dont do mini skirts and bikini tops any more im too old for all that now

^ Why do they want you to put on your sexiest clothes? :?

That sounds really weird. You should wear whatever you’re comfortable with.

For the first time in weeks I have no work hanging over me today. That could change at 9am but for now...nothing.

Last I remember you were divorcing your husband and living with or dating his best friend. Is that still happening or are you back with your husband?

A "vote of confidence" is an idiom, Caz.

People use it to express their full support of something, although it is often used sarcastically to mean the opposite. I.e, in this context, IL is sarcastically thanking you for a non-existent vote of confidence, since you seem to lack confidence in her based on your previous post where you expected her to judge you.

the heart contradicted the sarcasm
