I think it can be. Especially if what other people think of you has consequences, which it can do, especially in real life.

yes i am...and i guess only a few people on WP smoke weed so i can understand why they wouldn't care

I am glad you are doing what you want with your own body in respect to drug usage with the added satisfaction that the weed you consume is now legal to possess.
