Noise from construction on my street.

It's barely the middle of June and we're already having an apocalyptic heat wave. Wake me up sometime before Halloween, please.

Anxiety

Too insanely hot out. And soon there will be a major thunderstorm and the power will go out and then we won't be able to use our ACs and electric fans to stay cool and survive while our food spoils and rots in the heat. The already third rate local hospital will be overcrowded with people suffering from heat related illness, wildfires will spread death and destruction, crops will die and the animals will all get bird flu.

On the plus side, there probably won't be any locust swarms up here. I said probably, can't get too cocky.

second bowel movement took 29 minutes. kind of too long.

wasted $63 bucks on laxatives, when i could've gotten them for free @ kaiser. in my defense, in the beginning of january, a doctor told me to get the Dulcolax @ any pharmacy b/c it's over the counter. after that, i got into the Medical Financial Assistance program. s**t.

I turned 40. Dammit.

I don't like the cold weather (it's winter here, in Australia) and even for winter, it's been very cold lately! I'm not a fan of global warming either but you know! Maybe I'm just an old man who likes to complain!

Anxiety

Back in April, a maternal uncle committed suicide and my mom
spent three weeks in her native land.

Earlier today, a maternal aunt called to inform my mom that the maternal grandma had to be rushed
to the hospital, so my mom will be leaving for her native land soon.

My next appointment with my therapist is Thursday, June 27th, so I don't know what to say to
my therapist without saying stuff that may be nonsensical.

A lot of stupidity forced me to work a half hour later than usual. I wouldn't have minded so much except that it only took so long because the computers are so damn slow and I was just sitting waiting for them. I threatened the computer a few times but it didn't listen.
Of course these things always happen on Fridays when I'm most anxious to leave.
