Watching my kid play football for her school. I've never in my life enjoyed watching a football match before. But I got excited and shouted and cheered, stuff I'd never normally do. I never really understood why people get so invested in watching sports, but I had a little insight into it today.

It got to 10C today. A nice break from the winter weather

Took a long walk which culminated in ice cream, met my aunt and helped her carry a birdcage, ran into a very friendly dog. Whenever I'm depressed dogs are the perfect medicine.
