I see. If I remember right, I only saw your good wishes about my future performance(s) just after I'd posted, so rather than post twice I added a bit to what I'd already put, and then knowing me I improved the rest of it here and there. I'm always tweaking things.

Wounds healing today and I'm not in half as much pain

I made a salt water solution and I think that's been a massive help
