I don't actually have a romanticized notion of childhood.

Most of my nostalgia came from either only with those particular childhood neighbors or my worst years during puberty when I quit school because of moments in online gaming.

Else, I do not associated childhood with curiosity and wonder like most people do.
I associate it with ignorance and entitlement.

Which is why, when one asks me what I do if I were a kid again is to do it worse, not better.

I wonder if kids even know who Miku is, outside of "that girl from Fortnite".

They probably don't even know she wrote Harry Potter and developed Minecraft. :nerdy:

I look back at the righteous of youth with nostalgia and hope. I live now with appreciation and sadness...

I prefer Germany over Canada right now, especially after the election.

I thought it was that gender-binary supporter who wrote Harry Potter. Not that I ever read it.

I'm not like big on 'lets go shopping' but I do miss old shopping malls, because a lot of them used to have kind of sensory friendly areas with fountains and such where you could chill out between stores. And as a kid I freaking loved that, but most of those malls have been torn down but as an autistic kid like the fountainy area in malls was relaxing and nice. So yeah to me its a big dissapointment that indoor malls with nice fountain areas went away like mostly got torn down, cause I loved the ambience and so for me its really sad those kind of malls got torn down at least to me cause idk I feel like maybe a mall had something for everyone. LIke you didn't even have to go to shop you could go to just enjoy the ambience of the fountains and eat in the food court idk its a sad thing to have gone away.
