Well if a barking dog upsets you then I understand, just like crying babies upsets me.
If we were rich then we could just buy a house in the middle of the countryside with no annoying neighbour noise lol. Why does living in a house or cottage in the countryside have to be sooo expensive? It isn't fair. They should be reserved for people like us who just want a quiet life. I'm getting sick of having to wear earplugs day in day out whenever I'm home. It makes communicating with my partner incredibly difficult, and believe it or not, it really amplifies executive dysfunction as well. There's so much that needs to be done in our flat but requires communication (like sorting through clothes and clutter), it's something we need to do together but we can't if I can't hear.
They never go out upstairs, so there's never a time when they're out that we get a quiet hour, apart from like 3 o'clock in the morning but even then you can't guarantee quietness from them. They've only got to walk across the floor and it's so loud and I see red.
And no, white noise doesn't drown out their noise.

I'm not sure. It's just a constant level of loud footsteps around their flat, mouthing off out the window and loud music and dog barking.
It might depend on the time and repeatability, but I'd guess loud music and shouting at any time should still count.

If possible, make recordings and note the date/time when it happens.
That should make it pretty easy to demonstrate antisocial behavior.

This couple above know everyone around the area though so I'm a bit worried if I complain I'll get my windows smashed. I've heard him threatening people out of his window.

I have to contact my ex to get papers/documentation I need. Given lack of sleep and stress, I don’t have the spoons for it, not that I ever really do to be honest.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's a catch-22. I feel like going upstairs and kicking my neighbour's door in angrily, but where would that get me? Just four punctured tyres on my partner's car or something.

It isn't fair though. I mean, home is where the heart is. If you can't live in peace in your own home then where can you go? I think noisy disruptive neighbours should be a reason to give quiet people like us a priority to be given a new place to live. Me and my partner are a childless couple who just want a peaceful life, yet we're stuck in the middle of families in cheaply-built flats with no sound insulation.
We want to move but it isn't easy. We're on the housing list but it's been two years and still nothing for us, because according to the council we're in adequate housing. But if they came and lived below those noisy monstrosities upstairs then they'll soon be driven out with headaches and would give us a new place immediately.

This couple above me are so bloody cocky it makes my blood boil. I've heard them winding the bloke in the top flat up saying 'get to work' after they'd been pissing about playing darts all f ing night.

Anytime there's trouble in here he's right there in the middle of it.

Damn yes, I see what you mean.
A report should be confidential, but there's always a chance something gets leaked and he gets to hear about it.

I wish I was dead. I CANNOT stay here, my hip getting worse, I can hardly walk, how long I suppose to stuffer. Since I have tons of stress, I read stress makes Psoriatic Arthritis worse, stress can cause hip pain & damage. So I should get out of this group home NOW! I NEED the right medical help. I deserve to get out & go to a hotel to physically & mentally relax, I been living here for a year, I'm soooooooooooooooo exhausted. There are 2 REALLY REALLY GREAT things about living here, making & saving money, I made over $150 from my reward sites & I'm saving my money from the trust fund, I wish I can get my money away from my sister, & I made friends here.

Had another panic attack at work. Just felt so triggered and frustrated being called to the office for such stupid little petty things, I just lost my temper then started crying. I don't know what they think. They know I have mental health issues but they still probably think I'm not right in the head to overreact every time I get a telling off about something. But it might be to do with the nervous breakdown I had last year from the bullying that went on. I lack the emotional skills to deal with bullying, it can make me extremely anxious and almost avoidant in coming to work. Obviously I do still come in to work no matter how anxious I'm feeling, because I need the money and am terrified of losing any money, so I've been forcing myself to turn up for work each day but I think a side effect of that is having meltdowns at work, or as I like to call them, panic attacks. I would go to the doctor and get signed off but I'm afraid that they might not take me seriously and will probably just throw pills at me.

If I were in your position I'd go to the doctors, get a sick note for anxiety/depression and claim universal credit and PIP. If you've got a decent GP they will take you seriously as you are obviously suffering.

Thanks, I would but I know I wouldn't be able to survive on PIP or UC because I am living with a partner and they'll just expect him to keep me on his pension. Or I'd probably be entitled like £16 a month or something, which isn't worth my while. Anyway it'll all be taken away from me once Reform get in.

A customer had the nerve to say "vamanos, chinito" (rolls eyes)

Customers dog

Almost fell asleep on the way home

Trouble sleeping

Loaded one woman and she made a big deal out of ordering Adam and me breakfast, but tips are not allowed. She didn't seem to believe me or care. And it didn't help the matter that Adam told me to wait for the chicken sandwiches (I thought he said another load out) and he took the sandwiches.

Some idiot had the nerve to call "lot attendant" and when I came it was 80# and it didn't occur to me to look before going to the car
