I want to laminate my little cardboard people but I'm not sure if cutting laminated card will separate the bond between the laminated pouch and the card. I have a laminating machine that has a very hot setting so I thought once it's melted on to the card it'll be protected forever even after being cut out.

I don't know if I can hear a load of pigeons cooing or if she's got visitors downstairs

I liked the woman at the art club yesterday
She was like a big circle and a little circle
Maybe I could draw her one day

It works to an extent but durability is reduced and waterproofing is destroyed if the paper edges are exposed

What if I leave a little space around the edge of each cut-out?
