I'm stressed out about stuff in my personal life, plus my anxiety and OCD are horrible.

I don't want the summer to end. It's only a matter of days before the nights start drawing in. Being light until 10pm makes work much more easier because we work outside and during evenings, and natural daylight is so much better to work in than artificial light. But from June 21st it's going to feel like summer is over because the days are getting shorter. I really wish the stupid planet didn't tilt. I wish it spun in the same way but where the UK was stuck in May forever. May is the best month here because you get nice warm days, but cooler nights, and all sorts of weather except snow (I could do without snow anyway) and it stays light until late.

Ever since I turned 30, everyday feels like it's Sunday for me.

This hadn't ended. It still does.

Even if the day after or is the day of work, doing nothing, a hectic trip...

I used to like working nights in the summer because it was light when I started and light when I finished

But I used to like the winter as well because it was dark when I started and still dark when I finished

I can't remember if he said to take 6 deep breaths a day or an hour

Something's telling me a day but I've been taking 2 or 3 each time I stand up

I don't think you can overdose on deep breathing at this level can you

I don't know anything any more me
