Anyone know what that kazoo-like tune is that Kenny the Koala plays on a guitar or banjo thing in one of his ads for Cushelle quilted toilet rolls?

I've found out that stress can cause hives.

It's always really annoying to go out to dinner with my parents. There are certain restaurants I like to go to because I know I like them and there's no uncertainty or trying new things, but my parents are sick of all those restaurants. So I try to be flexible and I say I'm willing to try a new place if we can look at the online menu and find something I'll eat. The problem is the list of foods I won't eat (tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, cucumbers, peppers...) is so long that it tends to eliminate most of the menu right from the beginning, so a lot of restaurants literally don't have anything I can eat. This is the point where my mom gets mad and says I just need to be more flexible, and I ask if she'd eat a restaurant where everything has peanut butter in it (the one food she absolutely hates), and she doesn't understand the analogy and keeps being mad at me. This is why I prefer to make my own food most of the time. But I do enjoy the experience of eating out, especially with my family, so I like to be able to do it once in a while. So if we can finally come to an agreement, then we go out except now everyone's mad at me and I'm mad at my mom so we don't enjoy it. And I suggest that maybe they'd enjoy it more if I stayed at home and sulked while they went out, and then they get mad because they want me to come, but only if I'll agree to eat food that makes me nauseous just to look at and not complain. And then my dad says at the last minute that he's not coming because he's all sweaty and stinky and needs to spend two hours in the shower and he couldn't be bothered to tell us that three hours ago because he was busy making stupid jokes. And in the end we all enjoy the food but we're angry at each other because my mom says I have "an attitude", which is what she calls it when I'm upset with her for blaming me for things I have no control over. So yeah. Fun.

Prevented myself from getting flu or cold~

I guess the trick in my own case is really to not actually fall asleep deep enough that my core temp is low enough for my body to activate immune system into stupid reactivity.

Maybe that's this body's problem from the very beginning.
It always had. I'm just doing it more willfully now than before.

Wow
It's a wonder you could eat anything at all after that lot

Hope you can find somewhere suitable for you all

It's really difficult having food aversions as well
I'll eat almost anything but my ex struggled and so does my daughter a bit as well

The song, Judy in Disguise. At first I thought some words were "Judy in disguise but that's it". It turns out that it's "Judy in disguise with glasses".

I've always wondered what a lemonade pie was.

I bet it's nice though

I'm thinking like a fizzy version of a lemon meringue

Oh man

I sure do a lot of ranting and raving on WP. Sometimes I rant and rave in the same post.

I wish it was Easter because if it was Easter, I'd have a load of Easter eggs

I wish it was Easter because then it would be spring, my favourite season.

Why does every child in my family look so much like their grandmothers, but when I and my siblings and my cousins were little none of us looked like our grandmothers, even when we look at us in old photos now? I seem to just look like my dad and his sister. In fact I look so much like my dad that I basically feel so unfeminine.

It’s so strange to me that most people probably aren’t in a constant state of anxiety…
Simply because I myself am in a constant state of anxiety.
