Not sure I can imagine a world better than Arundel Mills Mall on a rainy weekend.

hobbit land, in fact this is it,
old name is the sicle mountains
full of springs, land of fees/fairies and druids,
but the romans were into bathing as well

owo, when we moved here the trend was reopening the old fountains,
now that's european verboten,
or socialistic, the soc mayor said, seriously, because it couldn't be mesured, the economics of use, therefor it shouldn't be disponible- i guess thats not english -available
or any -nestlé- tactics

-the elected- always want casinos, funny that, never free water
they could heat the village with that warm water that flows away anyway
but no, never be that logical

dry again

The future world of Peter Hamilton's Commonwealth Saga is the most utopian I have encountered. I would probably choose that one.

I often ask Chat GPT recently to write for me short stories about a reality warper who creates their own pocket universe in which they could have various cool adventures - pocket universes they could fill with any sort of environment, like the ones from "Lost" (the island full of mysteries) or "Terminator" (the desolated world with T800s roaming it) :)

Many fascinating imaginary worlds have the problem of being pretty dangerous and unpleasant to actual live in. (Roshar: extraordinary wildlife and visible elemental spirits, but also lethal weather and ubiquitous slavery.) I'll go for the Galactic Commons of Becky Chambers' "Wayfarer" series. Large parts of it are peaceful and there are plenty of interesting aliens to talk to.

Mister Rogers Neighborhood

Where people are thoughtful, kind, have differences, but don't let those differences define their relationship or the other person.

The public image of Canada comes pretty close, but did you know even Canada has serial killers. Nothing is perfect. :(

I'll say Star Trek, next generation. Hostile aliens might invade, but thankfully there's virtually no small talk.

An all gender world where there is no judgement. A world where each person is free to do what's right for them.

Game: Pokemon, probably Paldea
or Fantasy Life

Book: Bite risk by S.J. Wills
werewolves are real, but they aren't monsters. Everyone becomes one as they come of age.

The Famous Five. Become my younger self, be their friend, and go on adventures, explore hidden rooms, catacombs and caves, go to George's island and visit the castle ruins.

some isekai/ RPG lit, can't decide which one tho

Movie: Pleasantville
(but with the twist that you can be pulled into any favorite movie or series of yours, and live in it, try to change it, and get to decide whether to stay or go back to your world.)

series
maybe something like Skippy or Lassie
become 10 again and get to go on adventures with your pet

I think I'd like to try being a Gaul in that place Asterix used to live in. It was great - a tiny place in France holding out very successfully against the Romans by being stronger and way smarter than they were.
