The hot weather we've been having.

I'm so thirsty and want to glug down a drink but my stupid anxiety won't let me swallow liquid quickly otherwise I choke. I really need to go to the doctors but it'll mean getting up early and I need my beauty sleep.

I rode my bike downtown today and I saw one of my old high school teachers, so of course my anxiety jumped through the roof (or I suppose the top of my skull). I did want to talk to him though, but since I'm awkward and pathetic I just hung around near him hoping he'd notice me. He never did. Now I feel stupid but the problem is no matter what I did I would've felt stupid. My life would be so much easier without this f**king anxiety

If I believed in God, I'd ask "why did he put the food hole right next to the breathing hole in throats?" If our lungs were somewhere else then I wouldn't have this problem with swallowing drink.
