There are also French, Italian, Spanish and Polish ones for me to try out. There's a whole world of music out there, and it's mine for the taking.

Is it really true that an apple a day keeps the doctor away?

I haven't lost much weight over the past two months. I've been sick on and off.

I read that in Singapore they will automatically give a movie that shows skulls or skeletons an 18+ rating, no matter what content it may have otherwise.

The Nightmare Before Christmas may be scary, but I don't think it should be rated any stronger than PG just because the main protagonist is a skeleton. :skull:

You know how we wonder as to what shifts in global policy and adjacent attitudes might only really be feasible when ‘Boomers’ or the even more chronologically privileged passed ?. I could a half century veering Millennial pertinent Singaporean politician removing and others from a similar generational demographic throughout East Asian diminishing such restrictions related to brittly justified and antiquated attitudes or ‘superstition’.

That the time allocation ;not only expenses) within a lifestyle can make it that you might never really have the chance to play the latest video games with a fondly held character (you might not ever really want to anyhow) but confound it, you ‘follow the lore’ from second-hand sources (YouTubers etc) if not the ‘less primary media’ (comics, animation etc): me and Sonic stuff.

I have to say it or I won't do it.

It is time for me to explore the Dublin scene.

I need people to laugh at me.

It is a national trait of the Irish  we are great at laughing one another out of Awkward Notions

(I burnt bridges a couple of years ago when I moved from the countryside and since then I've been socially reclusive. I didn't even realise I was lonely till I joined Wrong Planet.)

I don't like Dublin to be honest. I'm not a city person.

Mind you, when I first came, a bloke said he'd show me round the medieval sewers.

Surely if there's anything that will nurture the seed of Love for One's City in a new (-ish) arrival's tender heart it is the medieval sewers.

I'd like to go to Hobby Lobby sometime but I can't cross the border because I don't have a passport.

It feels strange to be watching Hogan's Heroes on a Saturday morning. I can't stay up past 9, so I record the episodes.
