I do not understand how getting a loan would allow you to move our unless your wanting a loan to buy a house. If your wanting to buy a house, it's extremely unlikely that you would be approved for a mortgage due to your low monthly income, lowish credit score, & currently owing other debts. If your planning to move into an apartment, getting a loan won't help unless the loan is only supposed to cover the initial upfront costs like the first month's rent & security deposit & your regular monthly income like SSI would be more than enough to cover your monthly rent, utilities, & groceries & such. If your wanting to move to an apartment, there may be some government programs & non-profit groups that would be willing to help with the initial costs. It sounds like your living situation is very frustrating, perhaps there's some other types of assisted living facilities in your extended area that you would be allowed to move into like other nursing homes or group homes.

I want the loan to go to a hotel for a while & pay off some of my debts. I'm getting more money later & I still have money in the trust fund, but my STUPID sister won't give me enough money, she is mishandling MY money.

Not good , to take out loans in order to help anyone but you . Old saying , by founding father of the USA , " neither a borrower or a lender be ".
Best way to avoid scams, is not to be a part of one . Nor taking a chance to be a part of one .( just in case) imho.

I want to get a loan.

You cant really pay off debt with new debt effectively. At best you are just reshuffling the debt. You would need to increase your income and lower expenses in order to pay off your debt.

The only loans you could qualify for are maxing out your credit card if you have one or go to a pawn shop or buy here pay here app or a payday loan but please dont do any of them. They will just make your life worse. Could you ask a church for money because a lot of churches give to the poor.

What Texasmoneyman300 expressed is the best advise , short of discussing your trust fund situation with a lawyer.

When I suggested seeing a lawyer about your trust fund, I realized you likely do not have the money to hire a lawyer. However, it seems to me there are lawyers or services that can help with little or no fee. I am worthless when it come to such things. Kitty is located in California. Does anyone have advise for her? Agencies? Services? Lawyers?
I am going to be away for a month or so. I hope this has a good outcome.

Unless you borrow enough that you going under threatens the lender's solvency.

Not that Kitty is in a position to do that.

I was just going by what the Proverbs says about debt.
