I'm curious. If you could have your perfect life what would it be like. It dosent have to be realistic just what you wish.

He is mine.

My boyfriend would be rich and I would move over to England on a marriage visa . We would have a huge house next to the ocean in England. The house would be surrounded on the other 3 sides by forest, that we owned.

Me and my boyfriend would get married in a beautiful cathedral and have our reception in a beautiful garden. we would leave the reception by a small boat.

The only people who would attend would be both our family's except my nasty sister.

We would get my dog bitzy over to England.

We would never work. we would do whatever we wanted, he would make his inventions and I would climb the trees in the forest.

I would have my own recording studio for my music and A meditation room for my meditation and spell work.

he would have a big workshop and a huge underground garage for his cars.

Also my mom would be well and live many years and she would move in with us when she got to old to take care of her self. but she wouldn't have copd and she would live a long and happy life.

I would grow old with my husband and we would live happily ever after.

how about you.

I would live on a farm out in the country. Raising alpacas. The property would have tons of trees and a little house way off from the road. I like those old fieldstone type houses. It would be really comfy and cozy, that homey kind of feel. We wouldn't have any neighbours close by. I'd like a barn with fenced in paddock. We'd have gardens...flowers and vegetables and a few fruit trees. A separate workshop. A stream running through part of the property. Our income would come from our farm. I like to keep things simplified.

I can not say for certain on one thing, but can think of a dozen or so parts that would be included...

I would be somewhere secluded, but not totally cut off from civilization. Even a real quiet apartment in a big city. Somewhere I can feel alone. If that makes sense.

I would have work, but I wouldnt have a job.

I would have a bed twice the size of a king size bed and it would have 10 huge pillows.

I would look out one side of my domicile onto an awesome city skyline, and the other side, nothing but nature.

Inside my home it would probably be pretty empty and minimalist, but I would have one room, an office/library, that is done completely in rare wood paneling and furniture. A dark rich color and very old fashioned. I would probably spend most of my day in this room.

There are a handful of people who I would want around, but just a few. Maybe they would be living on different floors of the same building.

I would become an amazing chef and devote hours every day to cooking. Those few friends would be around to eat.

I'd own a beautiful Husky (alaskian or siberian) and a maine coon cat.

Britany Spears would no longer get any air time nor any sort of publicity.

I'd be a long distance truck driver, with no social contact whatsoever.

Just drive from seattle to boston every week or something. Just stop for food every 300 miles or so, no social pressure from anyone, good career, sleep in my truck, never have to worry about anything except my truck breaking down.

Yeah, I don't ask for a whole lot.

If I interpret that statement correctly... that can mean anything.
Which can open up my can of worms....

Me? I'd live in a castle with my RL friend. We'd have magic powers and stuff. I'd be able to rip apart reality at whim and make fictional characters real. So we'd be living with the Organization XIII and stuff. I'd be utterly crazy to all outwards appearances. I'd have the ability to make it rain skittles. Me and my friend would be able to do whatever we please with no dire consequences.

But.... eh. I get the feeling you meant that while it didn't have to be realistic, it still had be be within the confinement of reality. :(

THIS, I second it exactly.

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM....

Uhm, we'd live in a hobbit house and I'd do blacksmithing and pottery and stuff like that.

We'd travel a lot and rent the place out. We'd have a dog, cat and skunk. (Guess they'd be travelers too.)

If I had a job, they'd never fire me (because this is a perfect world right?) and it would be a terribly boring job so I could just sit there and draw and think of ways to make everyone's day less productive. Because that's what was awesome about school. (And it's a boring job so nobody would mind.)

I'd get to work by river-rafting, and in winter, skiing.

Eventually I'd become president and make old men wear short-shorts because that would freak everyone out except the old men and myself. (I wouldn't be into it, it would just be hilarious.)

I don't know what my perfect life would be. I think I would like to own a large apartment in New York City and be some sort of performer. Probably an actor either on or off broadway. I absolutely would not want to be famous or anything like that though.

I would be immortal and would have enough money to spend my life travelling the world to all the best diving spots. My boyfriend (who IRL is not interested in diving) would love scuba diving as well and would accompany me. We would have sex a few times a day and it would always be awesome. I would be able to eat anything I wanted without getting sick or fat.

I spent half an hour trying to think of something...but I came up with nothing that wouldn't bore me in a month's time.

Maybe having a time a machine so I could journey back and forth in time and see for myself how the ancient world worked and when or if we eventually blow ourselves up.

I would own a brilliant average sized house that I designed myself to have umpteen hidden passageways and security precausions. It would be far enough away that I don't have to look out my window at other people's yards and no one would ever be close enough to complain about the animals making noises. It would have a nice large front courtyard and huge amounts of land at the back, like at least ten achres with grassland, forest and a river/large stream I can fish from and perhaps swim / paddell in on very hot days.

All the back would be fenced off securely so no one could get in and none of my animals could get out. I would own a family cow, a couple of pigs, plenty of poultry, etc, and would likely employ someone or have someone to help with maintenance. I would also have little robot vacum cleaners cleaning all my floors in the house.

I would be a excellent detective inspector in CID, who is jaw droppingly brilliant at my job and has several masters degrees and a phD or two. Although, having also published several very popular fiction books, and a couple of fact books I would be far away from ever being in a financial position to have to work. Several of my fiction books will have been adapted into best selling movies / celebrated television series, and I would travel to visit the making of my movies and check in on my long running television crime series sets.

Oh and having accellerated healing powers, including lack of growing old and dying would be nice as well.

There are two distinct ways I could go with this, so I'll do them both.

1. I renounce society, abandon my posessions, move to the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, and live as a hermit amidst the Redwoods. Every day would be a quiet, peaceful reverie in the pristine majesty of Nature. That would satisfy me for the rest of my life.

2. (The more likely option) I get the teaching job I am after. After establishing some financial stability, I move out my currently miserable living situation. I go back to school to get my degree in Horticulture and Taxonomy, then become the director of a Botanical Garden. I would work there until I were too old and frail to be effective, then I would retire to my personal cottage garden on my small estate, and wander around my plants until I died. They'd bury me under one of my trees.

Neither of these scenarios involve other people, because indeed, I've pretty much had it with other people. I don't seek out human relationships, and I can't even imagine the idea of being lonely. My perfect life is quiet, solitary, predictable, and surrounded by plants.
:D
