I wonder if people with AS have similar things annoy them. For me, there are few things that piss me off quicker than people in customer service being artificially cheerful and asking how I am. You don't care how I am, you're saying that because your boss requires you to. I don't want to engage in small talk with you. Do your goddamn job, ring my order up, and DON'T TALK TO ME! So, what annoys you?

Yeah, I'm the same way with places like that. I also hate having to go to a crowded place with people getting in my way and I have a hard time concentrating on shopping sometimes. I also can't stand being interrupted but that makes me a hypocrite cause I do it too, and I don't like being ignored when I actually get the courage to speak up or say hi to someone, whether it's someone I know or if I'm trying to be polite to someone I just met. And then I get attention when I don't want it, like if I'm painting or doing something else that I need to focus my full attention on, or busy thinking random thoughts. I actually annoy myself sometimes because I tend to think too much and over-analyze everything.

I get annoyed by having to queue up in a shop. But some do put self service machines in and then NTs end up using them. Which is like non disabled people parking their car in a disabled parking bay. I also get annoyed by people who say that they care or that there to help. such people you might find in the medical profession. They are there to help because they are paid to be there. They don't really care at all but their job requires it. I also get annoyed by strangers sitting next to me on a bus when there are plenty of seats elsewhere on the bus. Another thing is NTs etc who are obsessed about gender and those who try to make me feel I can do no right.

when people say "have a good one" or when they are talking to you they refer to themselves as "we" I want to know what am I going to have a good one of? and since when did the people talking to me become the pope or the queen you know when the queen says "we are not amused" whose we!? Do these people have a bunch of miniature people in their pocket or something?

Traditional, binary gender roles.

When talking to someone and I get interrupted and then have to find a way to get back into the conversation or abandon it completely if a new person joins our conversation.

Hmm, difficult question. There are very few things that 'just' annoy me. Generally, I'm either 'fine' or 'stressed to hell'. :P

At a push, though, I'd say... creases and tears in paper.

Inconsistency. People who change plans a lot.

"Can I try on your glasses?"

I hope a guy in a wheelchair asks me that some time. You can probably guess what my reply would be.

You're not vaccinated?

I used to work in Oldham and someone where I worked got TB. I think because I tend to work with immigrant communities from countries where TB is more common, I'd be scared of going into work if I wasn't vaccinated. I also live somewhere where people spit on the street a lot.
