Well I'm glad you have returned :) I'm doing well, sleep wasn't all that great either. Woke up to the lovely sound of the hoover earlier today, not a nice wake up!

That's Colin. :) The hoover is an awful noise at the best of times let alone being woken up by it. :o I wonder if you can get low noise vacuum cleaners. :chin:
Oh yes I have read your reply from the other day, just so you know you weren't talking to yourself. :P

I think my cat would agree with you. Anytime she hears that horrid sound she runs out the house  Ahh that's good, hope my mini life story didn't bore you too much! Did you do much today?

Our cat hides under my bed when the hoover comes out! I dread to think how much hair is under there actually.
I wasn't bored at all no. :) Hmm as usual I haven't done anything that exciting, I went for a walk and did a bit of cooking. How about you?

Mine does the same when she can't get out the window. Worse for them with their hearing being more sensitive than humans. I know what you mean about the hair, it seems to come up everywhere and it doesn't help with dust. If only cats were cast free. Nothing today really, think I might be beginning my new fitness regime as of next week :) Not changing my diet though as I don't eat a great deal anyway.

Yeah I've heard about the dogs they've breeded now which don't cause allergic reactions but I don't know if there's a feline equivalent! A fitness regime sounds rather energetic. :P Would that be going to a gym to do it or at home? I'm fussy with food so I can understand if you don't want to change that.

I've heard about that as well, you can get certain breeds of dogs that don't shed hair like the shih tzu. Indeed it will be, but I would like to use my extra energy and it might make me tired a bit earlier at night too. At home for the most part, used to exercise but became lazy. Going to play golf more often as well, you would be surprised at how much walking you do there. I don't think diets really work with people anyway, if someone changes what they eat completely it will never last unless they are extremely determined. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the past simply by cutting down. But I will be exercising just for health reasons this time, not to lose weight as I'm already a healthy weight.

Labradoodles I think look quite cute and I believe they are like that. I should really try and do some exercise I think, just feel so unmotivated and I feel like I don't want to if it would make me lose any more weight. My dad used to play a bit of golf and I remember quite a few years ago going with him and just walking around the course, I was knackered so I can imagine it's great exercise! Yeah I've never been into the dieting thing either, sensible eating seems a much more realistic option for most people.
I'm going to be off soon, nice talking to you though Colin, see you soon I expect. :)

Haha, I think those dogs are funny looking. They look like a big shaggy rug  Motivation can be a problem to get started, I was only inspired to do it recently by playing golf and getting fed up of my excess energy. How come the weight is an issue, are you pretty skinny already? You can just increase your calorie intake if that's the case, plus I suspect you would eat more when using more energy. Sensible eating is definitely a better system and easier to stick to, it worked well enough for me anyway! OK well it was good talking to you as always Identity. Speak to you soon :)
