3 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Allspice
1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves

like you put in a fruit cake.
We don't call it "fruit cake spice".
Why would you call it pumpkin spice?

Probably because in the US they use the spice mixed mainly in pumpkin based recipes :shrug:
