I disagree - sometimes forums like this are the only place to express things. Some people have no other place where they can communicate things that bother them and get any response. WP is meant to be a support forum. Telling people they will be ignored for posting about their issues seems counter productive. You can ignore people all you like though.
Similarly some people responding to these "essay-like rants" with their over-opinionated bs might just be trying to extend some advice or are trying to be helpful and give some response to other people whom they have not just ignored.
As to YouTube - what's the problem there? It doesn't play automatically. YOU can just ignore that too and not click it.
Both them posts were just for a laugh, and aimed at myself. I only typed "any user" to mask that fact:
