I ask that if anybody has anything to ask about my special interests, and in particular, The Kinks, that you please ask me nicely. I hate feeling that I'm hurting and scaring the younger members, with the abrasive way that I stick up, for myself. I really hate hurting others.

I think I might buy a twelve string guitar tomorrow. I've been vaguely wanting to get one for a while, but I'm always kind of scared to go into music shops, so I haven't been able to work up the courage to actually buy one.

I finally did muster the courage to go into a music shop and ask about twelve string guitars. They only had one, and it cost way more than I could afford. :(

Ah well, the internet came to my rescue. Again.

Maybe make your own instrument like some old blues guys did.... um, attach a string to your wooden shed 8O firmly, on the other end a short stick.... by pulling harder (or less hard) one could change the pitch or tone.... and continue the old tradition thaddaway. 8O :D

Um, nearby there's this song thrush outside and I think he already has Springtime in his system for he's singing manically almost. Well, I don't mind.

I prefer the songs of the blackbird better though because the blackbird is way more creative and original song-wise. The song thrush mostly simply copies or repeats the songs of other birds. (turdus plagiatus :D )

I made a wee set-up that was something like that once before actually, over the summer when I was bored during a lunch-break. :D

It didn't sound very good though. 8O So I gave up and forgot all about it.

I'm going to be out, for a while. I'll try not to spend too much money. After all, I am unemployed.

Alice in Wonderland hits theatres the day after tomorrow. I'm going to see it with my mom. :D I'm going to wear eyeshadow similar to the Mad Hatter's - blue on top, pink on bottom - but more subtle.

I swear, if I so much as clear my throat in public (with hand over my mouth might I add), people look at me like I'm some hideously careless cesspool full of every flu germ known to man :?
