Woah people posted lol thanksy :)
Kinda interesting, about 5 doors down from me is a house that mr Dickens lived in. from 1817-21 iirc.
The language here nowadays leaves much to be desired however and it would seem any spirit of creativity or even competent literacy has long since forsaken this place.

Fudo is so very correct in his analysis of the slow death of correct and creative English.
If Mithos is correct regarding the End Of It All, maybe I won't bother getting the rest of my dental work done.

Again, if memory serves the Mayan prophecy states that "this fifth age will end in a rain of blood and fire" sounds like roughly where we're headed.. Still, little sense worrying about it too much, methinks.

To Whom It May Concern, FUDO doesn't have to worry about it. He is a god. Rains of blood and fire would not DARE to try to fall upon him. Not with his disposition and that nasty- looking sword!
The rest of us should definitely worry.

Fudo is a Myoo, not quite a God.. And fudo, this fudo, is a baka and not even close.
I simply meant it will either happen unavoidably or not at all so the worrying seems futile.. But then doesn't it always

Something quite interesting... would like to post series I but wp won't let me.. A job for somebody ;)

Was a thing today, some folk at Oxford have identified some connection between the beta-blocker propranolol and a reduction in racist thought.. Roughly, anyway. Nothing conclusive either way. But interesting.
Meanwhile Chaps and chapesses at Cambridge sussed out the gorilla's genome.

when i started taking a beta blocker for my hypertension, i found immediately that my free-floating anxiety disappeared. maybe rascism has something in common with free-floating anxiety/xenophobia?

That's the general theory. Assuming xenophobia or at least some basis in fear to the thoughts... Though I daresay if enough were valium were given then even the wilful bigots would calm down a bit.

This makes sense if someone's racism is fear-based,from having no familiarity with another culture, but someone who is raised by separatists is not going to change.

Here's an interesting thing: Growing ducklings need niacin in their diet or their legs get wobbly. Like some form of duck rickets. Niacin must be supplemented in their water if using a chick or all purpose poultry feed, as they don't add nearly enough of the nutrient as duckling starter feed.

Dear AnnrttaMaria, So where do these ducklings get all this niacin in nature?
