I confess I am disappointed that I have not received a book report yet from a certain member.

I confess I still don't even know if that member has the book, but she is being tempted to read it if she finds it!

My 10 year old LFA son got in "trouble" in school today for repeatedly spouting the phrase, "I'm gonna kick your ass!" to his teachers today. Being LFA, he as not the slighted idea what that phrase means; he simply parrots what he hears; it is puzzling that his teachers seem unaware of this; he likely had no clue what he was getting in trouble for. I believe he picked the phrase up from his mom, who has recently been directling this statement at one of our cats who keeps crapping on the floor in the hall. (The cat does not actually get hs ass kicked BTW; it is just stern yelling.)

I confess that when I heard about the "I'm gonna kick your ass!" incident, I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry.

Good fortune,

- Icarus is at wit's end...

That reminds me of when I was young, and did something offensive unawares.

I confess I gave someone the middle finger. :o

Where did I pick up the middle finger you ask... Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.

Those Star Trek films... corrupting the young'ins I tells ya...

I would also like to confess, I've never given the middle finger ever again...

Actually, I'm developing phobias related to the use of said finger... it's hard to type e,d,c's and i,k,apostrophe's...

I confess that I seem to have lost the ability to go to sleep. The only time I go to bed is when I get so tired that I pass out on the floor - if I wake up soon after, I'll get into bed.

I confess that, be it good or bad, I almost always feel strange...

I confess...

That my real name isn't Kip, though even family call me by that now.
That I found out about WP by researching if my lil bro has an ASD, since hes two and doesnt talk at all.
That I see no point in joining this rat race called life, and if I could get off my ass and work, my book would be done.
That I often get random and would much rather talk about a story that happened to someone else than me, because having it be about me makes me the centre of attention, and thats more painful than eye contact.

And, I just noticed every sentence got longer. Heh.

I confess that I'm concerned that my idea for my current project will outshine my project for next semester (the most important one in my entire degree). I haven't got any ideas for the next one yet, but I really think it'll be hard to go deeper into my art than I will be for this project.
Also, I confess that I'm worried that I'm letting myself get too close to being happy, and it'll surpress my ability to create. Feeling content does not mix well with the work I do.

I confess that my son also repeats things and phrases he hears me say, and now he calls everyone (and I mean everyone) "honey." All his teachers, soccer coach (who is a man), other kids, grannie, etc.

I confess I cannot stand being called "honey" by adults I do not know. It is a southern thing, and I find it annoying. However, if a kid called me that, I'd likely call them "bunches of oats".
