Bergamot with, in this case, Darjeeling tea.

The stuff from Tesco and the like is a bit sickly but this one comes highly recommended -

Their products are excellent.

This is another good one (honeybush & Rooibos), best without milk - Rooibos tea but their "ordinary" teas are also very good.

It's a really unusual taste, sort-of spicy and honey-like, but muted and earthy.
