Are not libraries supposed to be areas of quiet sanctuary, yet stupidtrons with smartphones talking loud enough to be heard 1 row over, is not considered rude..

My city was busy with cars going all over the place this morning. Construction is nearing the end before winter starts. We have so much snow they can't get any work done on the roads over winter. Oh Canada!
