I'm sorry man...

I like this site. I've met some very nice people here and made a few friends who I really like and can share things with. There's sometimes drama here but I've had to deal with worse drama at home.

I like the site but it depresses me too.
I've been trying to step back but it draws me back in.
I make 'kinda' friendships that cannot survive PMing, so what's the use?
It would be better to disconnect.

It's normal for everyone's mood to fluctuate throughout the day. If you're online for a period of time you may attribute that as being the cause of your changing mood, but often it isn't. I really hope that you realise how valued you are on WP, Raleigh, and how happy you make other people. I always enjoy your updates and I feel like you express yourself in a very honest or real way. You're witty but also humble and sincere. I hope you feel better soon and that you enjoy speaking to others on WP and much as we like hearing from you. Hang in there.

We can all get into this mode if we feel other peoples struggles and sadness for too long or too deeply.

I know you are a caring person so perhaps this may have something to do with your current mood? Or may just be adding to other things going on in your life?
