Organised religion is immoral. People should be able to believe whatever they want without being pressured into prevailing belief systems. Also the whole "you'll only go to heaven if you believe" stuff is blackmail and is morally wrong. I've got nothing against religious people (as long as they don't try to force their beliefs on people), but I wholly dislike the organisations they subscribe to.

If there is a divine being, the chance of said being being any of the "gods" worshipped by humans is so infinitesimally small that following an existing religion is unlikely to yield any kind of afterlife-based result. So-called "holy text" is over 99.9% likely to be a wholly human creation to entice and/or scare people into following religion.

That said, I am not an atheist. I am agnostic. There is neither definitive proof or disproof of a higher entity. But if there is a higher entity, it's highly unlikely a human could even comprehend it, let alone identify it or even determine its wishes and morality. Our "god" just might be some hormonal teenager goofing around on some computer somewhere and we might just be a simulation - it's just as likely as Christianity or Islam or Judaism being correct.

Most people have no idea what they are talking about or doing. We live in one big echo chamber, full of trained monkeys. Indoctrination at its finest!

Despite all the hard work that was put into it, Zootopia had some major flaws, including continuity errors and plot holes. Also, Clawhauser and Bellwether didn't have enough screen time.

I still can't wait for a sequel, especially since I want to learn more about the different characters and their backstories, and I'm praying to FSM that it doesn't end up like other Disney sequels. (ok, maybe this part isn't an unpopular opinion)

I feel that babies with Down Syndrome should be born into this world, and the only thing they suffer from are the outdated attitudes of uneducated people.

Not to mention that the monkeys are trained to be deceptive, cruel, and destructive-- and to feel good about that.

I don't, either---the crack of dawn is way too late!

@ Rik: Even though I am Catholic, I agree with you about religious people forcing non-believers to convert. IMO, such people who make repeated attempts to try and force non-believers to convert should be ignored and/or kept in isolation where they will know that forcing people to convert isn't worth it at all.

With a handful of oddball martial arts films as the only exception, I despise action-adventure ANYTHING, especially stuff that features gun violence. I totally hate adrenaline rushes. Same goes for the horror genre. I consider writers like Stephen King and actors like Robert Englund victims of some serious mental illness that society conveinently ignores because it makes Hollywood richer. I hope someday they'll recognise how fictitious violence transfers to reality once the public gets tired of the rise in mass murders and so forth.

It is my opinion that if any of the current presidential candidates get elected we are f****d as a country.

It is also my opinion that if Iran gets a nuclear weapon we are f****d as a planet.

Both of the above are extremely likely so thats kinda why I am smoking weed everyday cause I don't expect the world to last much longer and when World War III is breaking out and we're dying in the streets I am not going care because 420.
