The director of Blade Runner 2049 will direct a new Dune movie for Universal Pictures with production set to begin sometime next year.

Woke up at 4:15 AM to a 4.4 earthquake; strongest in these parts in 45 years.

They're somewhat of a novelty here. When I lived in the Haight-Ashbury in the 70's we had one that emptied the bookshelves and kitchen cabinets. Just as we realized that we should get the hell out of the building; it stopped. My mate at the time had one while at work in a skyscraper downtown; she said it swayed back and forth like a tree in the wind. Another one, I was out on the Bay sailing; we couldn't feel it, but it suddenly kicked up a really weird chop.

Hopefully, it will remain closer to the source material than David Lynch did, in fact I read that when it came to the production of Dune(1984) that the studio went through several drafts, script changes, even changing out directors all over the place. Well, hopefully there will be hope for this imagining

At one point, Ridley Scott was all set for the 1984 Dune film for Universal Pictures, but because pre-production was so slow, he withdrew from the film's development to direct Blade Runner.

I feel too dumb for my online friends. They deserve better. It's another one of those times when i forgot about myself and my asd and interact freely with someone only to realize i was being dumb. All i have to do is constantly being conscious of myself.

Seamus was a Borzoi.

I watched a Pink Floyd documentary on YouTube and it showed them recording the song Seamus off of the album Meddle with the dog howling into the mic.

I have that same problem. I can't count the number of times I made a fool of myself. :(
