violet salad and a hummus/pickle/sautéed veg sandwich

i make my own hummus because commercial brands aren't exactly what i like.
i also make my pickles for the same reason.

huh. things are starting to coalesce and make better sense lol

Went with a more familiar breakfast this morning: scrambled eggs and toast with a little sausage and bacon instead of cheese, bread, and charcuterie.
