Rotten people are sometimes enjoyable in small, measured doses when one can insulate themselves from the blowback.

There's nothing wrong with admiring even a real-life villain, so long as you choose to emulate their positive traits and not their villainous traits. For example, I admire the super-villain MF DOOM.
