I got my septum pierced. (I'm happy with it, my parents obviously, not so much... But focusing on the positives!)

Go for it!

When I got my tongue done, it didn't hurt that much getting it pierced, but my gosh the healing proccess was painful!
My septum has definitely been the most painful so far. >.<
