if you lack proper roughage and your #2 is stuck in mid-shipment, take the fingertips of both hands, straight out, push them into your belly button at a downward angle, about 45 degrees, that will complete the shipment.*

*DON'T do this IF you have a lower abdominal [incisional, hiatal or inguinal] hernia or history of such type of hernia or a condition called hypoproteinemia.

Can't Cook, clean or shop due to fatigue from anxiety. Slept almost all day. Only when im alone i can relax.
