Elvis lived 15,561 days. On March 23rd, 2020, we reached the point when Elvis had been gone the same number of days. That's exactly 42 years, 7 months and 8 days. So from March 24 on, he has been gone longer than he was with us.

There was an Oprah episode I saw where that Priscilla (I don't like her so I didn't say it respectfully) spoke of Elvis in the present tense like she had asked him about something or his opinion on a recent matter. I am sure there is a clip of her slip-up on Youtube

i believe she believes in the hereafter and has indeed "spoken" with elvis via psychic medium. many celebs have this view.

Oh. She referred to it so casually

Gosh, I want wings (on my back or my arms, not the kind people eat). More than anything, I want the sensation of flying on my own two wings. (Despite being afraid of heights. I think if I could feel the air supporting me, and especially once I'd practiced enough to be comfortable doing it, I'd get over that.)

The National Weather Service says dawn is still scheduled for 6:20 tomorrow and to please stop calling.

There is a gene that can cause you to be negative most of the time.

.. What is the source of this unwarranted heaviness, fatigue and cloudiness?
Sometimes it gets worse for no reason.

What causes it's fluctuations, despite being exposed in the same environment, doing the same activities and taking the same diet for these past few weeks?
It's not intense in any way or form, it's not even negligent...

Just what am I really dealing here?

I know it's somewhere in my head or in my body, but how am I going to get rid of it? How am I going to prevent this state from recurring too often?
How am I going to ever predict when it'll be despite years of monitoring and came up with no patterns??

When do I no longer have to mind this state that causes a lot of problems to myself and everyone? When do I start being able to be accountable and enjoy everything else around me without the distraction that is 'me'?

I really want to have a frilled lizard as a pet. Our local pet store had one for a while, and it was absolutely adorable. One time while I was watching it, it yawned, and I learned that when they yawn they extend their frills. Unfortunately they're expensive and require a larger habitat than I presently have space for.

I also would love to have a snake. One of my favorite sensations is that of a snake wrapped around my arm. But I can't handle feeding one rodents, alive or dead, and I am not aware of any snake that doesn't at least require pinkies (baby mice, so called because they are born without fur).

I've been considering getting an arthropod. Primarily thinking of a praying mantis, my favorite insect, or a giant millipede, because I love the feeling of having one walk on me.

Is there such a thing as a non-attractive Italian?

I accidentally posted that on another thread at first

^ on the next season of The Bachelor.

I don't know why people bolster the French so much as having 'Je ne sais quoi' when it's Italians who live up to it.

I'm pretty sure it's a cultural stereotype they share with Spaniards too, like more of a generic 'Mediterranean' one. It also seems to get applied to Iberio-Americans/Latin Americans, probably just as a direct transfer of the Old World stereotype by Anglo-Americans. Northern European cultures seem to bit a little more distant and cool, so it's not surprising that they'd stereotype people who are more prone to being physical and less emotionally restrained as 'omg, the passion'. Since it's an old trope if you grow up with Anglo culture around, you'll be exposed to it in media a lot and sometimes it sticks. It's like the sexy librarian trope (or others), it's ubiquitous.
