I am in awe of how much NTs(kids and adults) can accomplish and how easily they can know how to shift focus and have regulated emotions and thoughts compared to me or my kids.

It's quite surprising but it is one thing I can sau for sure my NT sister doesn't understand about autism try as she might logically . she cannot understand and i feel she looks down on the rest of us for it. However to push ourselves to her level of efficiency and accomplishing tasks is not possible . she also knowd exactly what to do compared to me in every situation

Sometimes I struggle with depression; I'm obsessively collective and also collect obsessions and these days my mind-state is mostly childish regression.

For lunch today, I ate a roast beef with blue cheese spread sandwich.

Despite being $8, it was delicious!

Got my first of another round of iron infusions this morning. I’ll be sure to be careful around magnets

Second one is scheduled for a week from tomorrow. Not expecting great things, the last round (consisting of 2 infusions, like this one) didn’t help for very long.

Only have 3 days to go before turning 25.
And the week early cake give away from my aunt is about to run out. I'd likely given another one this week.
.. I won't be buying a new phone soon, but mom already gave me more than enough money for it.

As for the lockdown, it was extended here to 30th. It is unclear when it'll truly end.
Don't mind being stuck at home for who knows how long it's imposed.

I won't have to worry about my sister and my mom on being cooped up; they're still front liners with better chances going out elsewhere and their social life is easy to carry over online, knowing this culture.
My mom especially! Her social needs are so much, but I already knew that. She'd have at least 3 social networks and 2 other communication lines open all night, more than often times still texting/typing and talking at phone/s all night AFTER work.

But I would know, they'd prefer going out freely.

Then this apparently having a weekly pool on my aunt's.. If I have the chance, maybe I'll join them.

Ooh, my game came early! Just waiting for my dad to finish putting away dishes to start, because of all the clattering. If I go to my room instead of playing downstairs, I don't think I'm ever going to get to sleep tonight

Just don't anger Magneto and everything should be fine.

I am being a good little dragon and not starting my game now that I finally have it installed and have the opportunity, because I really ought to get to bed at least before midnight (it's 11:08 here), and just one hour of a game I'm obsessed with is unlikely to satisfy me, so I'll either feel like I barely got to play and have a harder time sleeping since I got a real taste of it and am now even more excited about it, or I'll be completely oblivious to the time quite possibly until my mom comes downstairs in the morning at 6:30.

Dang it, I finally went to play my new old game, and when I tell it to play, nothing happens. I waited long enough for my computer to shut its display off. No notice, just nothing. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, installation again seemed to go without a hitch, but when I went to play it, nothing. I think I’m going to have to talk to one of the more tech-ey people in my family and see if they have any ideas on how to get it going. Unfortunately, since the game’s 20 years old and my computer certainly isn’t, the answer to my problem may be “it’s just too old to play on your computer.” But then wouldn’t it have told me in a pop-up or something that it couldn’t run it? I’ll have to wait until my dad/brother are done working and then ask for their help.

The way the bagworms in Animal Crossing: New Horizons drop from trees on a thread and make a “sproing” noise as they do it amuses me far more than it should. I can spend an embarrassingly long amount of time just walking past the one I gave to the museum time and again, watching/hearing it “sproing,” and giggling at it.
