^ They themselves may actually be the tiresome ones. I've never observed this trait in you through your posts AB.

Today a rash of executive dysfunction. Plus I think I made a big mistake signing up for an online banjo class. I feel all the old inadequacies swarming.

I have terrible executive functioning. I think it is one of my biggest issues.

Me, too.

Since accepting I have autism, my husband has been more verbal (in a kind way) in pointing out where my dithering makes my life more chaotic and it makes me feel bad. Sometimes he tells me, just make a choice and do it. And because I love and trust him, I can do it. I feel so much better! It feels like such a relief.

If classic Skinnerian conditioning worked IRL, I would quickly make the change to more rapid and decisive decision making. But I don't. It dogs me every blasted day.

••••• Another paradox like loop of 'getting worse' day by day, week by week... Except it's getting nowhere.

I’m a lumberjack and I’m okay, I sleep all night and I work all day!

I always sing that in my head when I need to collect wood in Animal Crossing
