Ongoing problem with the tendons in my neck. If I exercise too hard or get too worked up they swell up and and it feels like my head is collapsing. The pain is incopacitating.
Hard to explain but really awful. I'm a very active person and this has really been a hinderance in my life lately.

The last health ailment I had was stomach problems the other day caused by anxiety.
But the last major thing I had was a sinus infection. I got it at the very beginning of August, My mom's a teacher & she made me go with her to help her get her classroom ready. The school is an old building & they had major mold problems in the past. I have Atopic Dermatitis & I think having bad sinus goes along with it so I'm more prone to sinus infections. My nose started running as soon as I got in that building & I was sick for the next few days. The time before when I went help her a year ago; I ended up having to go to my doc because of a sinus infection.

I have a persistant itch between some of my toes on my right foot, and I often have muscle pains in my lower back and butt. But that is all I can think of. 8)

I have an AVM, but I had the flu all week this week. It was good because I didn't have to have Thanksgiving with my family.

Sunday I began to develop an ear infection. I used my internal energy to get it cleared up (I couldn't afford a doctor and the clinic said they MIGHT be able to see me on Wednesday, so I tried using my energy, and it worked).

Pancreatitis, for three days, back in April. Other than that, I haven't been truly ill in four or five years, at least.

Can you explain how you used your internal energy to get it cleared up; Maybe it could help me if I get an infection

Had a cold for a day or 2 last week then sore throat for days after, cleared up for one day then came back. Didn't clear up until midday today.
Am just recovering from indigestion that I've had for hours, I ate loads of crisps really fast. Although after burping like a madwoman a few times it's dying down. Hopefully it won't disturb one's sleep.

I have trouble putting it into words...

I focused my energy into my ear when I felt the pain and the fluid building up with the intent of clearing the infection, and it worked.
