I'd prefer not to die of food poisoning. Learning microbiology does this to you. I say, fire makes things dead. So we use fire.

Isn't ignorance blissful now? I still would eat steak with it's blood and all. But that's because it is just so darned good! I like science and had a strong interest in biology since I kind of meddled with plants, rocks, bugs, and things as a kid, then read tons of books on plants instead of do my science project at 12, and I remember all the movies and books on how diseases are and how there are hormones in our steaks and stuff... Yep. Still love my steak raw!

And fish too. Yum sushi.
