One cup milk

One serving beef

A lot of soup

One apple

One nectarine

Two whoppers

Half serving chocolate

Tried to go to bed at nine. As usual. Failed. Got up at ten.

Ate

Feel like gorging

Even though feel full

And nothing drastic happened lately

Hate me emotional demeanor

Personality. Nature

I am so emotionally fragile and mentally weak

Seriously even under the best circumstances I can barely succeed in the slightest ways

Yeah I hate myself

And I also hate almost everyone that I have ever interacted with
