Amino Acid and flavour drink . basically liquid Aminos, not quite the super alertness of caffiene, but close, in the afternoons. And not keeping me awake like coffee does. Do keep some decaf coffee beans to grind if necessary .
Incase the urge strikes me. Difference in fresh ground flavour is enough that I choose to use them. :jester:
Sit and my porch as long as I can stand the cold with my coffee . And watch As the snow falls . Lovely . :D
