This morning I got a bill for $1,372 for the car I backed into and dented (also smashed a headlight).

I felt very demotivated at work because I knew I was working hard for money I would never get to spend.

I've just been feeling really messed up lately. Hopefully it's just a phase.

Was raining like a big dawg, this morning; couldn't go get my groceries, as planned.

At the café the whipped cream was slightly sour (starting to go off). So they opened a new carton and even that tasted the same. Obviously all the cartons of that batch were bad. They gave me ice cream instead.

This damn shoulder. It's perfectly fine during the day but when I go to bed I get to play a game of severe pain in one sleeping position followed by excruciating pain when I move to roll over into another.

Yes, it can be hell. As far as I know, there is no other remedy than Disperin (what ever name it is sold under in the US). However, overdose of painkillers is a more severe problem.

If you let me, I can pray for you. If you don't know God, my praying will do you no harm. And if you do, knowing that I am here praying for your sholder, will make you feel better.

I have Panadeine Extra (ran out of Forte) and Naproxen. I can't even tell if they're working or not since I usually have no pain this time of night anyway. There's no numbness or anything and I still have strength in the arm (am able to lift heavy things with no pain). It hurts a bit in the mornings due to inflammation from the restless night before. Laying down in the wrong position = pain (shoulder eventually spasms). Gingerly changing sleeping positions = pain (I've tried playing twister to find the least painful way to do it and failed). Trying to sit up or get out of bed = pain (this usually involves getting on my stomach somehow, painfully of course, and sliding out onto the floor).

I hope it doesn't take long to go away. Reading up about it online is giving me dread about this being a chronic problem.

Usually on Thursdays I can spend time alone in the house to destress and work on my dragon drawings (which require a lot of concentration) but today I didn't get to have any time due to other people being in the house.

Just came from the urologist. Good news--no bladder cancer. Bad news--I have a 3cm and a 1 cm stone in my Right Kidney and a very small stone in my left kidney. The urologist sent my to the hospital for x-Ray to see whether these stones are calcium or uric acid. I find out the treatment tomorrow. :skull:

Terry Pratchett's death has really cut me up. Particularly his Twitter note.

That's sad to hear. He was one of my mother's favorite authors. :(
