Shell ornaments have got to be the ugliest, tackiest type of ornaments in the whole world. Especially when they're made to look like something that is supposed to be cute, like an owl or a kitten. :)

I haven't talked to my therapist for weeks and I really should try to have a session with them. I don't know if I could even mention starting to become suicidal without potentially getting in trouble though, but I'm starting to legitimately consider KMS and thinking of ways to do it which isn't good.

I got double vaccinated Tuesday. Covid + flu. I doubt that I'm going to experience any side effects. Other than the usual sore arm muscle area where I was jabbed. Probably totally pointless in my case. I've come to the conclusion that I'm pretty resistant to both covid and the flu. Hence why I experience zero side effects from the vaccine.

Aren't they developing a combined shot anyway?

The dentist told me that I'm going a bit too far with cleaning the teeth and I'm actually damaging them by scraping the the surface off, although my teeth are indeed absolutely clean.

Please talk to your therapist. I hope a therapist would not be mad at someone for having suicidal thinking. If they do than they might not be right for a job in Mental health. I have read your posts and with your spine issues too. You have been struggling. Hugs. You are a good person so please get help.

Agreed. It’s absolutely something you should discuss. A decent therapist will try to work with you on it. Hospitalization is only if they think you are an active danger to yourself, and is typically only for a few days to a week or two, until you’re out of crisis. And if it does end up happening, it isn’t near as bad as it seems (in my experience). It provides a break from stressors, which alone could be very beneficial. I can go into more detail if it would be helpful.

Hugs from me as well. Don’t be afraid to seek the help you need.

Today I worked with the girl that I was partners with a couple months ago and it went okay. She had me work with her because her partner is on vacation and moving bins is hurting my back. It was easy to work with her, because after doing it for months I know her routine for things, so I can coordinate things with her easier than with other people.

I've had teriyaki wings for supper 4 nights in a row. Packaged wings are some of the cheapest things going right now. I've also finished off the cheddar cheese garlic baguette that I got from the food bank yesterday. I keep forgetting to buy margarine.

I stay away from creepy/crazy/troublesome/argumentative/aggressive people online and offline.

I also stay away from stinky people and people with bad breath.

If I have to repeat myself multiple times to another staff worker, I won't be talking for the rest of the day.
