I always ask myself, how do I do this? Why do I still keep trying? Why have me and my girlfriend suddenly started having rows for what reason? Maaaaaan I f****d up real bad.

Ahh, you procrastinate. I procrastinate when I'm not supposed to, but what I do while I procrastinate would make my teachers proud: I write short stories or spend hours researching marine animals on wikipedia.

I think I'm programme-noted out. When I'm wanting to write something like "This is for professional chamber musicians, not high school students: the performers should be able to figure out how to play it", it is time for a break.

I put down a neighbor's chicken today. Gored by their dog and left half dead. The husband wasn't home.

I blew its head off with a load of 12 gauge buckshot, then I put another load into its body for good measure.

Ears are still ringing a little (inside a tin shed).

Something I never expected to do, really.

O, and sage advice for the future: Stand back more. I was showered in dirt and chicken gore (nice...). Wait, no, much better: Just bash its head in with something if it's not a dangerous animal. 12 gauge point blank is overkill beyond overkill on a chicken.
